Referral form for Zahra Foundation Programs
This referral form is for community services or professionals to refer clients to Zahra Foundation Australia's programs and services. Individuals can also use this form to make a self-referral if they wish to access our services directly.
We ask a few questions to better understand your needs and to ensure that you are connected to the right program for support.
At Zahra Foundation, we offer a range of programs designed to help people recover from gendered violence, leave controlling and abusive relationships early, and prevent experiences of poverty, homelessness, or social isolation. Our programs focus on empowering individuals to think about their future goals, aspirations, and life beyond violence.
We’re here to support you in setting goals around employment, education, or training—whether it’s starting your own business, getting the job you’ve always wanted, or enrolling in a TAFE course. Our aim is to help you achieve economic empowerment because we know that for women to be safe and able to support their children, it’s crucial to be financially independent.
This was Zahra’s goal, and it’s ours too—to help you not just survive gendered violence, but to thrive for yourself, your family, and, if you have them, your children.
We’re here to support you, your safety, and your future ambitions.
